A wealth of information about cider and perry all over the world originally compiled by Dr Gillian Grafton of Birmingham University. This site, which now lists all the current UK cider makers, was being hosted by Paul Gunningham. Sadly, in 2007 Paul was involved in a road traffic accident, and died as a result of his injuries. The Real Cider & Perry website was passed onto a new volunteer, Somersetmade Ltd, a small multimedia company just outside Bath.

The Wittenham Hill Cider Page Everything you could ever want to know about making cider from Andrew Lea, ex-Long Ashton Research Station, and an apple grower and cider maker himself. He also acts as Lambourn Valley Cider's unpaid technical adviser!

Vigo Ltd. Formerly known as Vigo Vineyard Supplies, they are the country's leading suppliers of cider-making equipment and services, and are also producers of Bollhayes cider.

The Somerset Cider Brandy Company and Burrow Hill Cider One of the country's most enterprising cider-makers, who also distills to make England's answer to Calvados.

The Cider Museum A part of Bulmers of Hereford, this also contains the King Offa Distillery, where they make cider brandy.

An association of small producers based in Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire, and affiliated to the National Association of Cider Makers. They kindly allow craft cider makers from further afield to join.

The Marcher Apple Network A group which was formed to preserve the historical and local apple varieties of the Welsh Marches.

The Welsh Perry and Cider Society (Cymdeithas Perai Seidr Cymru) An organisation started by Dave Matthews, editor of the 2000 CAMRA Good Cider Guide. This site gives details of his company, Seidr Dai, and sixteen other Welsh cider and perry makers. The Society's name gives some idea of its priorities!

The National Collection of Cider and Perry Based near Lewes in East Sussex, this is a showcase of more than 250 examples of traditional cider and perry from all parts of the United Kingdom - and much more besides.
